About the P.I.G. to I.D. Book

Six years after igniting the flames of controversy with his groundbreaking 2000 book, Icons of Evolution: Why Much of What We Teach About Evolution is Wrong, biologist Jonathan Wells has written a new book on the debate over Darwinism and intelligent design titled The Politically Incorrect Guide to Darwinism and Intelligent Design. The book is published by Regnery as part of their popular series of “Politically Incorrect Guides.”

In clear, non-technical language, Wells explains who is fighting whom, the root of the conflict, and the evidence for and against Darwinism and Intelligent Design. He also explains what is ultimately at stake for liberals and conservatives, Christians and non-Christians, educators, policymakers, and scientists. Dr. Wells is probably best known for his unveiling of some of the most common and most unsupported so-called proofs of Darwinian evolution in Icons of Evolution.
